We're looking for two people to rent our two-story, two-bedroom Beach home for the duration of the Fire services training program, starting Jan '24.
Why are we offering this to Fire Services exclusively?
This isn't a typical rental property, It's our home. We we will be travelling for a large portion of Q1 2024, and we'd love to rent our home to the right people. Many of our close friends are fire fighters, or they're retired from the department. I guess you could call it a calculated risk, but your profession tends to breed a culture of really decent, capable people which gives us the peace of mind that we needed to be able do this.
Two Guests Required
Monthly rent: $1,500 per person
Includes:
- Two story home with two private bedrooms
- All utilities (heat, hydro, water, internet)
- One driveway parking spot + one street permit
- Shared laundry
- Shared Kitchen
- Spotlessly clean and fully furnished with quality pieces and modern decor.

* Kitchen is shared with a trusted family member in an otherwise separate basement apartment.
